There are two very distinct areas of study

Each Module will generate 50% of the AS final mark. Each module will be assessed by an examination (1 hour 20 minutes).
Candidates will be expected to answer one question from two in Section A of the exam paper and one question from two in Section B of the exam paper.
All the questions in Section A will be of the traditional nature, but all questions in Section B of each paper will involve relating the question asked to specified human experience.
Please note that there no longer a Coursework element to AS Religious Studies. Instead the human experiences will be examined through the study of four areas of the Course. These areas are clearly identified in each course outline.
